WikiLeaks Might Get Plugged By Red Plumbers

WikiLeaks Might Get Plugged By Red Plumbers

While part of me thinks that WikiLeaks is just some CIA spook operation that is around to simply take the focus off US actions while playing up other actions... which the mass public is by now not even concerned about, part of me questions if Julian Assange really has his head straight. After all, he is going after the communist with his latest move.
Whistleblower website WikiLeaks, which has published hundreds of U.S. war logs, is preparing to release secret files from Russia and China, a Russian newspaper said on Tuesday.

"Russians are going to find out a lot of interesting facts about their country," WikiLeaks spokesman Kristinn Hrafnsson told Kommersant.

The main goal of the project was the "despotic regimes in China, Russia and Central Eurasia," WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange wrote to potential investors when he launched the website in 2006.

WikiLeaks published some 400,000 secret U.S. military files revealing the truth about the conflict in Iraq. The documents suggest U.S. forces turned a blind eye to evidence of torture by the Iraqi authorities. Other files reveal that the number of civilian casualties was far greater than Washington admitted.

General George Casey, who was in charge of U.S. forces in Iraq from 2004 to 2007, rebutted the allegations of torture.
You have got to be fucking kidding me. Even if he has his "Insurance.asc394." filled with Russian and Chinese sensitive material, this is a big risk. Hell, chances are it's just a bunch of encrypted Anime or movie files.

The facts are that he's Putin a lot of pressure on those governments and chances are likely that if he pisses off the wrong people in Russia, they will actually kill him. I can just imagine the amount of request Iceland is going to get to extradite him over to serve time for leaking sensitive matters

While I do agree with him in that the U.S. and Russia do a lot of dirty jobs in Central Asia and they should both be exposed to the fullest, this guy has to have a death wish going. I can't explain this need to put himself out as a target like this so often. Even if it's to expose China and Russia.

You see, here's the problem with fucking with either of those two power houses. Their powerful interests don't have the client-government model that the US has. Russian and Chinese interest who don't give a shit about his insurance file will simply kill him because whatever is in there is someone else's problem.

If anything, this also means that America can easily kill him and pin it on the Chinese or Russia, as they would both be prime suspects in the matter given all the facts. Then again, when the hell has anyone ever gave a shit about what WikiLeaks has to say about anything. No one cared about the massive flood of papers showing how we turned a blind eye to torture.

I can read the headline of the paper already; Julian Assange killed himself in an apparent car bombing this morning in his driveway. The known pedophile was 39 years of age and the founder of a website called WikiLeaks.

So for all anyone cares, they could kill him with a PO-210 and have the KGB sign their name all over that murder and no one would really care.

And if the Russian isn't man enough, maybe the Chinese will bring in one from their spy agencies to have him killed quickly. It's not like they could afford the civil unrest. They're both in the middle of a party reshuffle and they don't want to fuck around with anything like this.

In all truths, I'm pretty excited to see what he has on China. If he's got CPC internal planning documents, I'd be all over that since it's going to be all about the historic stuff that no one really cares all that much about now. All of the disgustingly evil shit is hard copied only for now.

So it'd probably focus on the current corruption which just blends together with the rest of the corruption stuff.. so it's not a big deal but at least gets it out there and sheds light on it. The only shit anyone would possibly care about in all this would be Tibet/Xinjiang/Falungong related, but the accepted lies out in the public are already more extreme than any truth WikiLeaks could uncover.

One has to wonder why he's not dead yet. At least that's what Jonah Goldberg wonders...
I'd like to ask a simple question: Why isn't Julian Assange dead?

In case you didn't know, Assange is the Australian computer programmer behind WikiLeaks, a massive — and massively successful — effort to disclose secret or classified information. In a series of recent dumps, he unveiled thousands upon thousands of classified documents from the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Military and other government officials insist that WikiLeaks is doing serious damage to American national security and is going to get people killed, including brave Iraqis and Afghans who've risked their lives and the lives of their families to help us.

Even Assange agrees. He told the New Yorker earlier this year that he fully understands innocent people might die as a result of the "collateral damage" of his work and that WikiLeaks may have "blood on our hands." WikiLeaks is easily among the most significant and well-publicized breaches of American national security since the Rosenbergs gave the Soviets the bomb.

So again, I ask: Why wasn't Assange garroted in his hotel room years ago?

It's a serious question.
Then I realize what I was missing. For one thing, nobody would ever shut up about it if they did off him. Killing Assange would do literally nothing to stop WikiLeaks with or without the stupid Insurance package he has. But what can you do about a whistle blower? Give him a sternly worded tweet? Threaten to block his internets?

Not a god damn thing.. and I guess that's why I like it. He's going around uncovering all these files as if he's Mulder from the X-files. While no one really gives a shit about what he's uncovering and how poorly it makes America look to the public, he's still doing it. Even if it means potentially pissing off China and Russia.. and most of all pissing off America to the point that we're almost about to label him an enemy combatant.
